Information security basic policy
Overview
As a next-generation "Fintech Company" CHL&CO is constantly thinking about the future of financial industry. To achieve this, we will comply with this basic policy and implement the following measures to improve and secure information security so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
1. Information security management system
The Company decides the person responsible for information security management to be the risk management chairperson, and under that responsibility, establish a management system centered on the "risk management committee". By doing so, we will grasp the status of information security company-wide and will actively carry out activities aiming to build the best environment.
2. Maintenance of internal regulations regarding information security
We maintain information security regulations regarding the management and operation of information assets. In addition, we will continuously review and strive to improve it so that it matches the service content and environment.
3. Realization of a system that ensures information security
We will build and operate an information system protected from unauthorized access to information assets, unauthorized tampering, loss, obstruction, information leakage, etc.
4. Education and training
We will continue to provide education and training to executives and employees in order to carry out their daily tasks with a high level of understanding and interest in information security.
