6. Immunity

7. Disclosure of personal information

When the customer requests the disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will make sure that it is a request from the customer himself and disclose it to the customer without delay. However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws.

8. Correction of personal information

If the customer requests the correction, addition or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction") of the content based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the customer will not After confirming that it is a request from the person himself/herself, within the range necessary for achieving the purpose of use, necessary investigation will be conducted without delay, based on the result, the content of personal information will be corrected, etc. We will notify you to that effect (when we decide not to make corrections, we will notify you accordingly). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. due to the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws.

9. Suspension of use of personal information, etc.

The Company has a Personal Information Protection Act because the customer's personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use that has been published in advance or because it has been obtained by false or other fraudulent means.
